Bill, your efforts for graffiti abatement should be applauded by everyone, locals & tourists! Born in 3R in 1940, I have never seen the assault as bad as it is at present.  Having witnessed many communities’ destruction from Compton to Chicago in my 80 yrs., this is where it starts.  It is such a breath of fresh air to see a crew of local people caring as much as our family does.  Thank you, thank you, thank you!
